Proposed a plan for the basement-level bathrooms of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carlisle, PA. The basement level is currently used as a homeless shelter which has changed the nature of usage. Residents prefer to clean themselves up in privacy, yet this has led to costly plumbing issues from paper towels being flushed down the toilets out of convenience. There is a need for private stalls which each have their own trash receptacle as well as a sink/mirror combo.
